Alleluia! A new priest for our diocese--Fr. Paul Kala

What a privilege to witness and participate in the ordination of our friend Paul.  The music was beautiful and included an African ensemble I loved.  Their song spoke of being engulfed in the love of Jesus, and that is just how I felt yesterday.  Fr. Paul celebrated his Mass of Thanksgiving today at St. Peter Parish.  Our parish had a reception after, and we enjoyed speaking again with Archbishop Gregory, Fr. Louis, and Fr. Paul.  Fr. Paul will travel to Ghana to be with his family for a few weeks before he begins his ministry in Highland.  The priesthood has been richly blessed by the addition of Fr. Paul.
