Like the song says, "My bags are packed, I'm ready to go..."
Heading east first to Jacksonville to spend the night. Thursday morning, I will head to the West to visit brother Eddie and his family for a few days. Mom, Carolyn, Kathy and Rick, and Marty and Randy are going too. Looking forward to visiting and also going to see the Donnie and Marie Osmond show Saturday night. I will return to Quincy next Tuesday.
Today's JOY calendar has this message that I would like to share. If my calculations are correct, today is Dad's 79th birthday.
Life itself cannot give you joy
unless you really will it.
Life just gives you time and space;
it's up to you to fill it.
