5 degrees outside today with a wind that must certainly have translated to 50 below! Well, it should move on out tomorrow and the forecast shows warmer days ahead. There is a glaze of ice on everything here. Beautiful to look at, but dangerous to walk on in areas where it hasn't been chipped or melted away. Chris, Maria, and Makenna will be here tomorrow. (They arrived in St. Louis yesterday.) I am planning a nice dinner for Monday evening, then pizza and presents Tuesday evening. Mario plays soccer Tuesday night, so I am sure Chris will take in that game, since many of the players are buddies from high school. I can't wait to get hold of that Phoenix baby doll.
