Sunday afternoon with Nolan

Nolan uses the old stable for a parking garage for his trucks. For some reason, he likes to fly them off the roof.

I probably shouldn't allow this. But he likes to park his trucks and the Christmas train in the Fontanini stable I got in Italy. "Grandma, do you have a vacuum? I maked a mess."

He had all 5 characters turned on and singing and dancing. AFter sitting next to them for about 15 minutes, I said time to turn them off. "They are noisy Grandma." I think he was just testing me.

He took the little people from the doll house and put them into "Twas the night before Christmas" house.

Time to go home. Grandma's on the couch. Whew. We sure had fun.

I spent about 5 hours with a 3 yr. old and found myself thoroughly entertained, then totally exhausted! Nolan has the run of the place when he is here by himself, and he takes full advantage of all the opportunities for fun.
