Most may not remember the fall Blake took in the bathtub when he was a toddler. He hit his mouth on the water spout, and his front teeth were shoved upward into his gum. We were not sure his permanent teeth would develop. I think what the dentist said is, "The seed may be damaged." So when his front teeth came in, we were not so sad that they were crooked. We were just happy they came in. Well now, 5 to 6 thousand dollars worth of orthodontics later, he has these beautiful teeth to go with that sweet smile. He sure can charm the socks off Grandma with that smile. The best part, though, is that he is such a nice kid.
Happy, happy day for those people on the plane that plummeted into the Hudson River. Those pilots and crew are heroes.
I did not work at the Tea Room today. Instead, I spent another day trying to get over the bronchial infection. It is not taking leave. Be gone already!
Looking forward to seeing Clint Eastwood's "Gran Torino" with Mario sometime this weekend. Great movie from what everyone says.
Bon Voyage to Carolyn, John, and the ISD troops heading to DC early Saturday morning. Happy trails, and safe journey.
