Inauguration Day...They are there!

Have received Carolyn's blackberry messages this morning that they are there....left their dorm at 5 and were in line at 6:15. They are under the first jumbotron behind the Carpital reflecting pool. She says the crowd is calm, but it was a lot of work and sometimes scary getting in, keeping everyone together. The screen and the interpreter are right there, so it is a great place for the kids to watch from. I have not tried this yet, but she gives the address of Marybeth's blog (ISD's leader): go to Twitter.com, then illinoisdeaf.wordpress.com. There should be photos and story posted there.

Continue to pray for their safety and that they can keep all the group together in this huge crowd when it is time to disperse.
